Paris Saint Germain forward Neymar Jr has responded to fans who stormed his home on Wednesday night, telling him to leave the club.

The angry fans stormed Neymar’s two-storey home in Bougival, a posh Parisian suburb chanting that he should “get lost”.

The same group of fans attacked Lionel Messi, calling him derogative names following his recent unauthorised trip to Saudi Arabia and reports of his imminent exit in the summer.

Neymar has responded by liking an Instagram reel that described PSG fans as supporters who lack greatness and have a weak mentality when dealing with matters of their club and their star players.

The post also defined the French giants as a “small club”, and Neymar now seems conflicted.

The Brazilian star joined PSG in 2007 for a world record fee of £200.5 million and was primed to lead the club to European glory.

However, they fell short, and PSG added in several superstars, including Messi, and Kylian Mbappe, among others, to win their first UEFA Champions League.

Despite spending six seasons at the club, Neymar has endured long spells of injury that have affected his contribution.

However, he boasts 118 goals and 77 assists in 173 games.

According to reports, Manchester United are interested in signing him in the summer.
