Nottingham Forest boss Ange Postecoglou has vowed to turn things around at Nottingham Forest before their next game.

Ange Postecoglou has vowed that it "won't take long" for him to impose his style on the team.

The 60-year-old's first game in charge ended in a 3-0 loss to Arsenal, with the visitors being outplayed and conceding goals to Martín Zubimendi and Viktor Gyökeres.

Speaking after the game, Postecoglou reflected on a whirlwind week since replacing Nuno Espírito Santo.

"It is no secret it has been a very disruptive week for the players," Postecoglou said. "Seven days ago their world was totally different from what it is today, and you've got to understand that, I certainly do."

The manager was asked how long it would take to mold the team in his own image, with upcoming matches against Swansea, Burnley, and Real Betis. He provided a clear and determined timeline.

"It won't be months, it won't be weeks, it'll be Wednesday," he stated.

Postecoglou emphasized the urgency of the situation, saying, "I can't afford to waste time. This is not a project. This football club had a strong season last year and needs to be stronger this year.

"My job is to get us where I want us as quickly as possible. So by Wednesday night, we will start seeing some real principles being embedded. It won't take long, and I am not going to let it take long."
