Despite the setback in the first leg, Luis Enrique remains resolute in PSG's ability to stage a comeback against Barcelona, citing preparation and determination as key factors in potentially overturning the tie.

In a daring showdown, Luis Enrique, the manager of Paris Saint-Germain, has expressed his unwavering belief in his team's ability to bounce back and claim victory over Barcelona in the crucial UEFA Champions League clash.

Luis Enrique Disputes Unfair Result in First Leg

Following a gripping encounter at the Parc des Princes, where Barcelona emerged victorious with a narrow 3-2 win, Luis Enrique voiced his disagreement with the final outcome.

"The first leg was hotly contested. The result doesn’t reflect what we deserved. We could have equalised, but we have this result," the Spaniard remarked, per GFFN.

Despite the defeat, Enrique refused to dwell on the past, indicating that PSG had been granted valuable time off to refine their strategy for the upcoming match.

Confidence High for the Return Leg

Looking ahead to the decisive second leg fixture, Luis Enrique exuded confidence in his team's prospects. He highlighted PSG's preparation advantage over the weekend, granted by the LFP.

"We’ve had time to analyse and improve our performance," Enrique stated optimistically during the pre-match press conference.

Eager to showcase a revamped and superior performance, the PSG manager emphasised his belief in the team's capability to reverse the existing deficit. "We need to present a better version of ourselves. We are convinced that we can turn around the situation," he affirmed.
