He continued, “TCC is hands down the best youth tournament in Nigeria, not just because we play there but because of the dividends that the clubs gain from participation. Not just because of the players that are being exported, but because of the growth of the clubs."

He added that the advantage of participating in the TCC extends beyond player sales to increased club performance in other tournaments.
“I’m not out to prove my parents wrong, and their advice was important at the time. Not everyone will be successful in every respective field, but there are things you need to do to get to the top in your chosen field, and the meeting with them just pushed me to be the best.
