The Dutchman wants the board to approve the signings of two Premier League stars.

Erik ten Hag is targeting Brighton stars Moises Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister this summer, according to reports.

Ten Hag is expected to receive transfer support from the Manchester United board, and the two players, who had been also linked with Arsenal, are top on his transfer wishlist.

Although the season has been impressive for the Dutch manager, he knows that new signings are needed for them to challenge for more titles next season.

His main target is understood to be a central midfielder and a striker, with Declan Rice of West Ham United also emerging as a possible signing.

The 24-year-old England international has been linked with United for the past year, and the Red Devils retain an interest in him.

However, Caicedo and Mac Allister have also emerged as key targets for the Old Trafford outfit, according to Daily Telegraph.

Caicedo was the subject of multiple failed bids from Arsenal in the January window and wanted the move, but Brighton blocked the transfer.

The 21-year-old went on to sign an extended contract with the Seagulls on improved terms, but he is expected to attract more offers in the summer.

On the other hand, World Cup winner Mac Alister has also emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea and Liverpool.

Meanwhile, United have received a boost in their pursuit to sign Harry Kane after Bayern Munich’s reluctance to enter the transfer race.

Tottenham Hotspur are set to demand at least £100 million for the 29-year-old England striker.

Elsewhere, Victor Osimhen remains a target for the Red Devils, with Chelsea also interested in the 24-year-old Nigerian, who is having a sensational season at Napoli.
