The Barcelona reunion at Inter Miami could add another member as Luis Suarez mulls over a move to America from Brazilian side Gremio
Former Barcelona striker Luis Suarez could be set to join former teammates Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba at MLS side Inter Miami and is reportedly willing to cancel his contract with current side Gremio in order to make the move.
Suarez keen on joining Messi and co. at Inter Miami
Suarez joined Gremio in January 2023 on a two-year deal after leaving Nacional following a successful six-month spell.

However, Suarez could be set to leave the Brazilian side just six months into his contract as he eyes a reunion with former Barcelona teammates Messi, Busquets, and Alba who recently moved to America with Inter Miami.
With Inter Miami keen on adding more stars to the club’s roster, Suarez is reportedly so keen on a move that he could be willing to repay wages he has collected from Gremio so far, as well as make a further payment to cancel his contract.
Gremio keen on solving Suarez problem
The Uruguayan forward’s situation with his current club Gremio has been described as a problem by manager Renato Gaucho who said, "[Luis] Suarez is now a problem that is in the president's hands. They are exchanging ideas.
As a coach I have to focus on leading the team. seems like a Mexican soap opera that should end now. Until August 2 I'm quiet, then we'll see how we continue."

With Inter Miami already making moves to acquire an extra international player slot for the season, rumours continue to mount that Suarez could be set to join the MLS side to play alongside Messi, Busquets, and Alba again.
Messi has already made a superb start to life in Inter Miami after scoring a sensational freekick in his debut for the club.
