Premier League giants Liverpool have reportedly identified a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah ahead of next season.

Mohamed Salah's future at Liverpool remains uncertain as he enters the last year of his contract, amid strong interest from Saudi Arabia.

Salah signed a new deal in the summer of 2022, taking him through to the 2025 summer, and there have been no extension talks as yet.

The 32-year-old had an inconsistent season last term, struggling with persistent injuries for the first time in his Liverpool career.

Kudus to replace Salah at Liverpool?

The Reds' new boss Arne Slot is reportedly interested in West Ham's Mohammed Kudus, to strengthen the team's attack and potentially serve as a Salah replacement.

The Ghanaian scored 14 goals in his debut season for West Ham, quickly endearing himself to the Hammers' support.

It is interesting to see how this one develops as West Ham could lose Lucas Paqueta to a lengthy ban for betting breaches.

Kudus reportedly has a release clause of  £85 million that kicks in next year.
