The Paris forward is expected to join Real Madrid this summer, but the Bayern Munich star has proposed a different transfer for the Frenchman.

Jamal Musiala has suggested another destination for Kylian Mbappe if he leaves Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The 2018 World Cup winner is anticipated to leave the City of Love at the end of the current season after seven campaigns at the club, including one on loan in 2017-18.

What Musiala said about Mbappe

The 25-year-old recently made the 2023-24 season his most prolific for the Paris-based club, taking him to 43 goals this term after a recent brace at Lorient.

Despite the forward reportedly nearing his time in Ligue 1, with a move to LaLiga giants Real Madrid expected, Musiala wants the Frenchman to join Bayern Munich instead.

“Where would he fit best?” asked the Bayern star. “He can come to Bayern Munich (laughs). “If I had to give advice to a player, I would say that he should spend his time here in Munich. He would then improve all the teams, so it is better to have him in the team rather than playing against him.

"Mbappe, like Harry Kane, is having an incredible season, the same goes for Bellingham. There are many players who are doing great things and it's great to see how competitive they are. You can't really say that one player is the number one 100% now."

What comes next for Mbappe and Musiala?

While Mbappe is likely to leave PSG at the campaign’s culmination, the France international should play a pivotal part as Luis Enrique’s men seek to claim a first Champions League crown this term.

PSG face Borussia Dortmund in this season’s semi-final, with Musiala’s Bayern taking on Real Madrid in the other tie.
