The suspended Brentford striker has been removed from EA Sport's latest update having been charged with 232 breaches of betting rules.
He confessed to 232 violations of the Football Association's betting regulations and was given a sentence that would last until January 16, 2024.
He has spoken up for the first time in a recent interview since his eight-month ban issued by the FA.

Toffolo's charge comes just over two months after England international Ivan Toney was banned from football for eight months for making over 232 breaches of the FA’s betting rules.
He said that as a result of the ban, restaurants and auto insurance companies refused to serve him.
The 27-year-old said as reported by Daily Mail, “I remember at the time when there were allegations, I wanted to go to a restaurant and they were like "no you can't - we're not taking you.
“I was like "What do you mean?" And then it was "the allegations, we're not allowing you in or something like this.
“I was actually so confused. I was thinking, for starters, it's allegations and second of all you are a restaurant how can you not let someone in because of bad press?
“'I was just baffled, and my car insurance, they wouldn't insure me due to the whole scandal. And I was like "Car insurance? They won't have me in their books?". It was baffling.”

Toney acknowledged that he began betting when he was 15 years old and that the stakes increased in proportion to the amount of money he was paid.

The striker was slapped with a ban after he was found guilty of gambing, against FA rules.
He also admitted that he may have made certain bets that he doesn't recall making, but he was ready to take responsibility in order to finish the process.
He said, “The impact it (betting) would have is waiting for payday. I'd pay for everything I need to sort and then I would be like "I've got this much to play with".
“I took care of what needed to be taken care of then in my head it's like "my money is my money and I can spend it how I want".
