Tanzania international Ibrahim Joshua is poised to make a triumphant return after recovering from a knee injury.

Tusker FC striker Ibrahim Joshua is gradually finding his way back into the team's starting lineup after a grueling recovery from a knee injury.

Joshua's journey to redemption began when he underwent surgery during the closing stages of the 2022/2023 Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) season.

The towering forward, who had a spectacular first season with the club, was unfortunately plagued by injuries in the subsequent season.

However, the Brewers are banking on Joshua's resilience as they eagerly await his triumphant return to full fitness.

In a recent friendly match, which served as a crucial step in his rehabilitation, Joshua showcased his skills and determination, helping Tusker secure an emphatic 5-0 victory over Kenyatta University.

This match was a vital component of the club's preparations for their upcoming league fixture against Kakamega Homeboyz.

“Ibra had some 10 minutes to start off his step by step integration back to the first team in this morning's (Wednesday) friendly match against Kenyatta University,” the club stated.

During the 2021/2022 season, Ibrahim Joshua emerged as Tusker’s top scorer in his inaugural season in Kenya, an achievement that earned him recognition and admiration from fans and pundits alike.

He displayed his scoring prowess by netting an impressive 11 goals and providing four assists in 29 matches, solidifying his position as a key asset for Tusker.

With Joshua's return on the horizon, Tusker supporters cannot help but anticipate the resurgence of their talismanic striker, whose presence in the lineup promises to bring a renewed sense of firepower to the squad.
