Morocco's World Cup star Youssef En-Nesyri is propelling Sevilla's resurgence in the LALIGA.

As Sevilla FC continue their renewed charge up the LALIGA EA SPORTS table, the blistering form of Moroccan marksman Youssef En-Nesyri has emerged as the driving force behind their resurgence.

Pulse Sports Nigeria reports that the 26-year-old has already established himself as one of the most feared forwards in Spain this season through a series of clinical displays in front of goal.

En-Nesyri leads Sevilla’s revival

After a difficult run in LaLiga, Sevilla are looking like a team again in their recent outings across competitions, with En-Nseyri playing a key role. 

The Moroccan currently ranks among the top ten players for shots taken in La Liga, underlining his status as Sevilla's prime attacking weapon during their recent upturn.

But it is his predatory skill in the opposition penalty area which has caught the eye and allowed Sevilla to turn their campaign around.

No player in Spain's top flight can match En-Nesyri's lethal conversion rate for both open play and set-piece situations this term.

The former Leganés man tops the league charts for the percentage of shots hitting the back of the net from open play and dead-ball situations - a testament to his composure and killer instinct.

En-Nesyri's aerial ability has also seen him register the fourth-highest number of headed goals from crosses in La Liga this season.

With Quique Sanchez Flores' side looking to deploy their typical blend of wing play and set-piece threats at Almeria on Monday night, their talismanic number 9 will undoubtedly be licking his lips.

Sevilla have become experts at creating high-quality chances from wide areas over the years. And they now possess the ultimate poaching predator to feed off that service in En-Nesyri.

Youssef En-Nesyri will look to add to the brace he scored on his last outing.

His unerring finishing has already directly contributed 10 goals to Sevilla's cause this season. Without En-Nesyri's goals, their ongoing revival may not have been possible.

The Moroccan goal-machine is rapidly replicating his prolific form from last season when he struck 17 in the league and 24 across competitions.

Sevilla will hope En-Nesyri can maintain his impressive appetite in the opposition area for the remainder of the campaign as they continue their unexpected late bid for European qualification.
