FUFA Apeeals committee has pardoned Busoga united and Arua hill and ordered the league secretariat to include them in the 2023/24 StarTimes Uganda Premier League fixtures.

The body had ordered the UPL to exclude the two clubs from next season’s schedules after failing to fulfill the minimum requirements for a club license.

Arua Hill failed to prove that the club’s chief executive officer is a signatory of the club account and proof of the players' and coaches’ salary every three months.

“The FUFA club licensing committee has set aside the decision of the FIB and pardoned Busoga United on condition that the management and admistration of the club undergoes mentorship preogrames organized by FUFA at the cost of the club,” the statement reads.
