After the success of Martin Odegaard, Arsenal are set to return to Real Madrid for another attacking midfielder ahead of the summer window.

Arsenal keen on Real Madrid's Brahim Diaz
Diaz, currently on loan at AC Milan from Real Madrid, has been in scintillating form this season. He has grown into his role behind the striker and has been one of Milan’s standout performers in the Serie A.
He has also chipped in with four goals and three assists and according to WhoScored, ranks top for key passes and dribbles per match.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Arsenal are keen to open negotiations for Diaz over a potential summer transfer and are ready to present an offer to Real Madrid.
Milan remain favourites however, with the Italian giants having an option to purchase the attacking midfielder €22m, while parent club, Real Madrid are considering renewing his contract.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta will be familiar with Diaz who came through the youth ranks at Manchester City while Arteta was assistant manager at the Etihad.
Verdict - Perfect deal for both parties
Despite his being only 23, he is a player with plenty of potential. His ability to play both in midfield and across the forward line would provide Arteta with great versatility.

Furthermore, Arsenal supporters will have taken note of Diaz's impressive performances during the last-16 round of the UEFA Champions League, where he scored the winning goal for Milan in the first leg against Tottenham Hotspur.
Arsenal added Leandro Trossard from Brighton in the January window to boost the club’s attacking options and Brahim Diaz will complement Martin Odegaard perfectly in the ‘8’ role and can also be effective playing off either flank.
