Nigeria's Super Eagles have been visited by some of Africa's greatest players during their stay in Ivory Coast for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations

As the Super Eagles of Nigeria continue their pursuit of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2023 title, they have been visited by three African football legends who brought with them experience, encouragement, and a wealth of wisdom.

Austin Jay-Jay Okocha 

The former captain of Nigeria, known for his exceptional skill and creativity on the field, visited the Super Eagles camp.

His presence served as a significant morale booster for the team and the coach, Jose Peseiro. Okocha's visit came just before the team's crucial match against Ivory Coast, uplifting everyone with his support and belief in their capabilities.

Segun Odegbami 

Another legend of Nigerian football, Odegbami, shared his belief that the Super Eagles have the potential to dominate African football once again.

He specifically praised Ola Aina for his standout performance, and his visit served as a motivational call to the team to play with confidence and excellence.

Emmanuel Adebayor 

The Togolese football legend's visit highlighted the unifying power of football in Africa.

Adebayor spent time with the team, including the captain, Ahmed Musa, and expressed his support for Nigeria in their quest for the AFCON 2023 title.
