Sprint queen Sha'Carri Richardson has signed with ATHLOS ahead of record-breaking meet in October.
Speaking ahead of her highly anticipated meet, McLaughlin-Levrone revealed the changes she worked on in training and how they will help her preparations.
"It's definitely been a shift this past few weeks, but it's been great to work on sprint mechanics, block start and hurdle technique because those are all things - even though they aren't as important in longer races - which can still be of benefit down the line," she said in an interview with The Athletic.
