In-form speedsters Letsile Tebogo and Kenny Bednarek are scheduled to race against each other for the first time this season at the LA Grand Prix.

Two of the world's best sprinters this season Letsile Tebogo and Kenny Bednarek will battle it out in the men's 100m event at the LA Grand Prix.

Both speedsters have the top two world-leading 200m times this season, with Bednarek having the edge of 19.67s clocked to win the event at the Doha Diamond League, while the Botswanan follows suit with 19.71s.

With the stakes high and both in unbelievable form this season, they'll be gunning to begin their 100m campaign on a winning note and in a fast time, as they fine-tune their preparations ahead of the Paris Olympic Games.

Also listed to give a fight is Jamaican speed sensation Ackeem Blake, who's capable of causing an upset after a fantastic indoor season.

Tebogo is the favourite for the win as the world silver medallist. However, Bednarek and Blake will race for a massive morale-boosting victory to stay in the conversation as potential 100m medallists at the Paris Olympic Games.
