The African men’s Sevens Rugby Olympics 2024 Qualifying Championship will take place at Harare Sports Club, Zimbabwe, from October 16 to 17, 2023.

In the African Men's Sevens Rugby Olympics 2024 Qualifying Championship, Nigeria's senior men's national team, the Black Stallions, will compete against South Africa, the current world champion, and some other challenging nations.

Nigeria Rugby Football Federation (NRFF), General Manager, Azeez Ladipo, said the other countries to jostle for the Olympics ticket with Nigeria are Uganda, hosts, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Zambia, Kenya, Madagascar, Tunisia, Burkina Faso, Namibia, Algeria and Cote d’Ivoire.
