Victor Boniface: Super Eagles star generously changes life of carpenter with 1.5 million naira
Boniface arrived in Nigeria last week after helping his team, Bayern Leverkusen, clinch their first Bundesliga title and set Europe's longest unbeaten record.
The forward returned to his homeland in preparation for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Benin Republic.
During his return, he decided to help an old man who had been a carpenter for years, gifting him a whopping sum of 1.5 million naira.

Bayer Leverkusen star Boniface has gone viral on social media after his recent generosity towards a carpenter.
According to reports from YabaLeftOnline on X, Victor Boniface gifted a viral carpenter 1.5 million naira in Nigeria.

Boniface spotted the carpenter working in a compound on social media, and the Super Eagles player felt sorry for the elderly man.
Boniface then searched for the man and sent 2 million naira to someone who knew the carpenter, and he instructed the person to keep 500 thousand naira to himself and give the old man 1.5 million naira.
The generous Boniface is currently with the Super Eagles team as they prepare to face South Africa in Uyo.
