Nigeria Super Falcons forward Rasheedat Ajibade is known to take her faith seriously and is set to take it up a notch with a live performance on Instagram and TikTok.

Nigeria Super Falcons forward Rasheedat Ajibade is taking her love for Jesus Christ to social media.

Rasheedat is just fresh from the FIFA Women’s World Cup, FIFAWWC in New Zealand and Australia. 

The Atletico Madrid superstar was one of the stars for the Nigerian Falcons who made it to the knockout stage of the FIFAWWC.

The 22-year-old started the ninth FIFAWWC as a spectator after she was suspended for a red card picked up at the WAFCON. 

Ajibade came back after the goalless affair against Olympic champions Canada to play an important role as Nigeria qualified from a group of death.

She was involved in the build-up to two goals as the Super Falcons shocked co-hosts Australia 3-2 en route to a second-place finish in Group B. 

Ajibade and her fellow Falcons put on a brave showing in the round of 16 against European champions England.

But despite the impressive performance against the Lionesses, their efforts were just not enough as the Nigerian Falcons booked an early flight back home. 

Ajibade set to praise Jesus

With the team back home in Nigeria, the forward is set to continue to strengthen her faith.

She has announced plans to praise Jesus Christ in a live show on social media.

Ajibade missed the Super Falcons opener against Canada but returned in style against Australia.

According to a post on her official X.com account, the event tagged “Let Praise Arise” will take place on TikTok and Instagram. 

“Come, let's praise the Lord,” she posted on Saturday night. “Gratitude to God fills my heart with overwhelming joy and appreciation.”

“I am grateful for the gift of life, for each breath that sustains me, and for the countless blessings bestowed upon me,” she added.
