Osimhen reached the milestone by calmly converting a first-half penalty, one he won himself, to put Galatasaray firmly in control of the contest.

The strike took his professional tally to 200 goals, comprising 165 at club level and 35 for the Nigerian national team.

“Victor Osimhen has shown that he’s a born goal scorer for both club and country,” Unuanel said.

He added, “His performance at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and now with Galatasaray definitely shows that he’s a goal machine.”

Unuanel also highlighted Osimhen’s seamless transition into Turkish football, noting how quickly he has become central to Galatasaray’s attacking play.

He continued, “Since joining Galatasaray, Osimhen has not stopped scoring goals. He’s more like the pillar of the team, and I am impressed with his goal-scoring exploits in Turkey.”
