"It's the first time I can come because I am coaching and, normally, I cannot find the time, so I was really looking forward to [it]," he said.

Shadowing Klopp

The 40-year-old is taking advantage of his return to witness Liverpool's preparations for their crucial clash against Brighton.

"I am just starting, learning and understanding how different it is to be a coach," Torres said about his desire to learn from Klopp.

Management Aspirations

The Former Liverpool striker is currently managing Atletico Madrid's U19 team and isn't shy about his ambitions for the team.

"But coaching for Liverpool is a different thing, step-by-step," he remarked when asked about a potential future return as manager.

"I do my best to train every day and to be able to come again next season and do a little bit better," said Torres, expressing his hope for a repeat Legends game appearance next year.

Torres is a Liverpool fan favorite despite his controversial departure from Anfield to Chelsea. However, he is eager to stay connected with the club and learn from one of the best managers in the world.
