Bendel Insurance duo of Imade Osarenkhoe and Amas Obasogie have been named by the League Bloggers Awards (LBA), in a six-man shorlist for February's Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) player of the month honour.
It becomes the second consecutive monthly nomination that the Bendel Insurance duo have receieved since the league resumed in January.
Despite only being promoted to the top flight league this season, the Benin club have continued to put up an impressive performance, that see them sit comfortably at the top of Group A.
Also recieving a second nomination in the monthly awards is Lobi Stars' Joseph Atule whose performance in the month under review boosted his club's rise to top of Group A.
Enyimba striker and current NPFL top scorer Chukwuemeka Obioma, is also among nominees.
