Former Liverpool vice-captain Trent Alexander-Arnold has revealed that he would not celebrate if he ever scored against his boyhood club.

Real Madrid star Alexander-Arnold will face his boyhood club in the Champions League clash just five months after his emotional departure.

What Arnold said

Speaking in an interview with Prime Video Sport, the England international said his deep emotional connection with Liverpool runs too strong for him to celebrate in such a moment.

“If I were to score against Liverpool, I wouldn’t celebrate to be honest,” Alexander-Arnold admitted.
