Guardiola reveals unique method of training

Guardiola has become one of the most successful managers in modern football after winning a plethora of trophies with Manchester City, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona. He recently gave some insights into one of his strategies for making his players go along with his plans.

The Spanish gaffer has won the UEFA Champions League three times and the Premier League five times, including the last three in a row, which he capped by winning the first European treble in Manchester City’s history and only the third in British history.

The former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager is known for implementing innovative tactics, and speaking after Manchester City’s draw against Liverpool, the Spanish manager revealed a trick for getting players to quickly adapt to his methods.

Guardiola claims to seduce palyers

Guardiola was asked how he managed to implement defensive plans if he claims to only spend 10 minutes per session on defensive strategies, and the former Barcelona manager jokingly replied, “Because I’m really good. I’m a handsome man, and I seduce them, and we do it.”

The 52-year-old manager hopes to become the first manager to win the Premier League four times in a row this season, and his Manchester City side remains in the mix early in the 2023/24 campaign.

Guardiola has been the league champion in all but three seasons of his managerial career and could continue the spectacular record with another league title with Manchester City this campaign.
