Jeweller calls out Dele Alli over £6,000 debt before Ex-England star pays up
Former England midfielder Dele Alli has been publicly called out by a jeweller who accused him of failing to pay £6,000 for a bracelet.
Ard Adz, a rapper-turned-jeweller who recently left prison, posted a furious rant on Instagram on Friday morning, urging his 200,000 followers to pressure Alli into paying the money owed.
What Ard Adz said
“Can someone please, please message Dele Alli to get me my £6,000, please!” Adz pleaded.
“He’s meant to have footballer money. I just got out of jail four months ago, I need that butter (money). Alli, what you doing? My £6,000, please!” he added.
According to screenshots of private messages later shared online, the bracelet was purchased in London’s Hatton Garden. The jeweller’s very public complaint appeared to spark a quick response from Alli, who repaid the debt by Friday afternoon.
Posting an update, Adz wrote: “Update: Dele has now paid, allow him now guys & thanks for making him pay. The Internet is undefeated.”
Troubled spell at Como ends
The incident comes just weeks after Alli’s contract with Serie A side Como was mutually terminated. The 29-year-old joined in January on an 18-month deal but made just one appearance, coming off the bench in March before being sent off 10 minutes later for a rash challenge on AC Milan’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

‘I play those who train well’ – Cesc Fabregas proves Alex Iwobi’s point over ex-teammate Dele Alli
Cesc Fàbregas has shut the door on reputations, warning Dele Alli that only hard work in training will get him back on the pitch.
Manager Cesc Fàbregas later confirmed Alli was not in his plans for the 2025–26 season, and both parties agreed to part ways.
Alli, once one of the Premier League’s brightest young stars with Tottenham Hotspur, is now a free agent and searching for a new club to revive his career.
