Former Super Eagles captain Sunday Oliseh has lauded Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie after she was ranked fourth in the 2025 Women's Yashin Trophy awards.
Nnadozie has had a sensational year, which included a summer transfer to the English Women’s Super League after a successful stint with Paris FC.
She was instrumental in Nigeria's victory at the 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, where she was also named the tournament's Best Goalkeeper.
Her remarkable performances have gained global attention, with her Ballon d'Or recognition cementing her place among the elite goalkeepers in women's football.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) celebrated the Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper's historic achievement on social media.
"Congratulations to @NGSuper_Falcons safe hands Chiamaka Nnadozie on her fourth-place finish at this year’s Ballon d’Or ceremony," the federation posted on X.
In response, Oliseh shared the NFF's post and added his own praise, saying, "This is worth celebrating big time. Bravo, sis!”
The goalkeeper has had a blissful career, leading Paris FC to a memorable Coupe de France Feminine title, saving two penalties in the final against Paris Saint-Germain before securing her move to Brighton.
The 24-year-old has already made a strong impression in England, keeping a clean sheet and earning the Player of the Match award in her debut against Aston Villa.
