In the NBA Playoffs, The Denver Nuggets beat the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 7 to set up a Round 2 clash against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Even though Oklahoma City appeared to have the game under control for the most of the game, the Thunder maintained control.
With less than a minute to play, the Thunder started playing the foul game while up three, attempting to prevent the Nuggets from tying the game on a single shot.

However, that strategy failed. The Thunder were ahead 119-118 with 10 seconds remaining when big man Chet Holmgren missed two free throw attempts.
The Nuggets collected the rebound, and finally Aaron Gordon found himself open for a three for the win
The Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic was once again an incomprehensible force throughout the game, finishing with an incredible stat line of 42 points and 22 rebounds, even if Aaron Gordon was the eventual hero.
Knicks beat Celtics
Despite their setbacks, the New York Knicks in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, overcame a 15-point deficit at halftime to outscore the Boston Celtics 63-44 in the second half and win an exciting 108-105 overtime victory.

Both Jalen Brunson and OG Anunoby scored 29 points apiece, making them the Knicks' most impressive players.
After halftime, Brunson, who is renowned for his clutch performances, scored a huge 20 points, demonstrating his capacity to step up when it counts most.
The Celtics, on the other hand, had a terrible shooting performance, especially from beyond the arc, where they only made 15 of 60 shots.
