In a recap of the NBA Playoffs, the Dallas Mavericks beat the Minnesota Timberwolves to take a 3-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals.
After winning the first two games of the series in a previous trip to Minneapolis, Luka Doncic recorded a triple-double for the fifth-seeded Mavericks with 28 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists.
The sides fought evenly for the opening eighteen minutes of the second half after Minnesota had taken an early 12-point lead.

Towns' 3-pointer with five minutes left gave the Timberwolves a 92-90 edge.
Thanks in large part to Towns, who tied the game at five points on Minnesota's next possession with a three-pointer, the visitors never trailed again.
After the first three games of the series, Towns was heavily criticized for his poor shooting performance. However, on Tuesday, he showed no signs of weakness as he scored 25 points on 9 of 13 shots.
Anthony Edwards, his accomplice, had a fantastic night as well, finishing with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists.

The Timberwolves' dreams of making it to the NBA Finals are maintained since it's the first time they've been able to finish a game against the Mavericks.
They will still have to create history because no team has ever come back from a 3-0 series disadvantage if they want to achieve their ultimate ambition of winning a title.
