Olympic bronze medallist Melissa Jefferson-Wooden reached another milestone in her sprint career by joining Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Elaine Thompson-Herah on an all-time list.

Melissa Jefferson-Wooden's exceptional 2025 season performances have been rewarded by joining an elite club of women's 100m GOAT list that includes Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Elaine Thompson-Herah.

Following a jaw-dropping performance at the Silesia Diamond League that saw her clock a blistering 10.66s to win the women's 100m event, the newly crowned American champion can now arguably count herself as one of the greatest of all time to run the sport.

Jefferson-Wooden's winning time confirmed her 2025 season fast times and national title-winning personal best of 10.65s were no fluke, and she has consistently put her name as the favourite for the sprint world titles in Tokyo next month.
