Dani Alves's victim has identified one of his body inks, saying she was forced to perform fellatio on him in fresh evidence levelled against the Brazil international.

Since the news broke of Dani Alves involvement in a sexual assault case, reports seem to indicate that the former Barcelona star could be set for a lengthy spell in prison.

The 39-year-old Brazilian footballer, who last week was arrested by the Mossos d'Esquadra after a complaint of sexual assault against him, continues to accumulate testimonies against him waiting to testify again before the judge currently investigating the case.

While he remains in preventive detention, a new witness has emerged who pointed out against his actions at the scene of the alleged incident.

As reported on Tuesday by the Catalan newspaper La Vanguardia, one of the young women who had gone on December 30 to the Sutton dance venue in Barcelona with the victim has declared to the Catalan police that the former Juventus and Paris St Germain defender also went with her.

"Especially relevant are the statements of the two young women who accompanied the victim, her cousin and a friend of both.

"The friend told the investigators that the Brazilian player was groping her violently and that he put his hand on her private parts until he managed to get out and get away, "said the aforementioned media.

However, this testimony also compromises Dani Alves, according to the Catalan newspaper, coincides with the statement of the victim, who had pointed out to the authorities some details of the behavior of the player of the Brazilian national team.

"I realized how he touched my friends and how close I was to them," said the victim in her statement - a 23-year-old girl who reported him for having abused her in the bathrooms of the VIP area of the nightclub.

The members of the Unit Against Sexual Assault (UCAS) of the Mossos d'Esquadra have reportedly been collecting evidence for almost a month.

Reports say they have managed to get a dozen people to testify about what happened that night, although in the last hours everything is focusing on the story of two young people – her cousin and a friend of both – who went with the victim to the disco in the first place.

According to journalist Mayka Navarro, the Brazilian chef linked to Dani Alves stayed in the VIP area with the cousin of the victim and then looked for her on Instagram to "offer" in case they needed it for an eventual complaint.

The complainant also presented screenshots of the chat as evidence of her statements.

Alves has asked to testify again before the substitute judge of the 15th court of Barcelona, Anna Marín, to clarify some of the contradictions in his first testimony.

However, according to El Mundo, the victim explained that the former Barça, PSG and Juventus player, has a crescent-shaped tattoo on his abdomen and that it was very visible throughout the non-consensual relationship.

The 23-year-old lady also commented that she saw him at the moment when the player tried to force her to perform oral s*x and she resisted.

Meanwhile, Dani Alves, in his version of the facts, said that "she had entered and had pounced on her" and when the magistrate wanted to know where she had that tattoo and how it was possible that the victim had seen it, the Brazilian player admitted then that "he got up when she entered and that is why he could see the tattoo that is usually covered by clothes, as it goes down from the abdomen to the genital area." as per Infobae.

Cristóbal Martell, who is one of the most reputable lawyers in criminal law, who has once advised Leo Messi and also Neymar in their legal problems in Barcelona, will take charge of Alves’ case from Tuesday and will share the defense of the footballer with Miraida Puente, who until now was Alves' lawyer.

Last week, Alves was transferred to the Brians 2 prison, reserved mainly for those inmates who are serving time for sexual crimes.

The first three days were spent in a single cell but then the prison authorities decided to relocate him to a safer wing due to his public status.
