WWE has dropped a massive update about August's first Premium Live Event.
With the WWE Universe currently gearing up for Elimination Chamber as well as WrestleMania 39, the company have dropped a massive update on August’s Pay-per-view SummerSlam.
As reported first by The Detroit News, the venue of the August Premium Live Event- SummerSlam is all set to take place at Ford Field in Detroit, USA.
This is the same venue that hosted WrestleMania in 2007, and this would also be the second time for the city to host the WWE’s biggest event of the summer.
Widely considered WWE’s second-biggest event of the year, this year’s show is also expected to record a massive attendance.
Tickets for the event will go on sale on April 14, 2023, through Ticketmasters.com.
While Peacock as expected, will be the live-streaming partner for the event, WWE has provisions for pre-sales of the tickets on their official website.
The company will also have priority passes for selected audiences on the main day of the event.
WWE Summer Slam is slated to take place on Saturday, August 5, 2023.
