Jadon Sancho's loan move could become a permanent deal as both clubs have started negotiations.
Chelsea are interested in signing Jadon Sancho from Manchester United and are already negotiating salary terms with the English winger, who would have to accept a lower wage than his current deal with the Red Devils.

British media and transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano report that this is a key point in the negotiations. Sancho earns £350,000 a week at United but would need to fit into Chelsea's wage structure.
Negotiations with Manchester United should be relatively straightforward. When Sancho's loan move was made official last summer, Chelsea committed to buying him for between €24m and €30m if they finished above 14th in the Premier League, or to pay a €6m clause to United if they chose not to make the deal permanent.

Englishman looking to rediscover his best form
Man United signed Sancho in 2021 for €85 million. The Englishman was coming off two highly productive seasons at Borussia Dortmund, where he had scored a total of 36 goals and provided 37 assists. But his time in Manchester has been a different story.
In two seasons, he failed to establish himself as a regular starter, went on loan to Dortmund, and rediscovered his form, playing a key role in the team's run to the UEFA Champions League final last season.

REPORT: Chelsea will sign Jadon Sancho on ONE condition
Conference League champions Chelsea have reportedly named the only condition with which they can sign Jadon Sancho permanently.
He even managed one more game for United before heading to London – he finished 2024/25 with 5 goals and 9 assists in 41 games, ending the season in style with a stunning goal in the UEFA Conference League final.
With United looking to strengthen their squad, selling Sancho to finance future reinforcements could be a sensible move.
