Barcelona have reportedly registered interest in Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni and are prepared to make a concrete pursuit for him in the summer transfer window.
The 28-year-old is one of the toprated centrebacks in world football, and he got the attention of Barcelona’s hierarchy with his performance against the Blaugrana in last season’s UCL semi-final.
However, with Inter said to be demanding more than €100 million for his services and Barcelona’s poor financial situation, they never pursued him intently.
