Speaking on The Dressing Room Podcast, Cole argued that Chelsea's inability to identify a reliable number one goalkeeper is a sign of a deeper issue.

"It's something systemically wrong because you can't have nine goalkeepers on your books and not know which one is your number one," Cole said.
Cole pointed out that Chelsea has a large number of goalkeepers on their books, including Kepa Arrizabalaga and Djordje Petrovic, who are currently out on loan.
