Sapphire Nigerian Women Football Supporters Club set to entertain fans at NWFL Super 6

NWFL Super Six started on Tuesday at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba.

The Sapphire Nigeria Women Football Supporters Club (SNWFSC) has vowed to come out in mass to support the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League Premiership Super 6 championship.

Rivers Angels defeated Robo Queens 2-0 in the openining game of the Super Six.

The second game is billed for 4 pm at the same venue between Confluence Queens and Delta Queens.

The President of SNWFSC, Jadesola Adelabu told Pulse Sports Nigeria that she is wishing all team success at the championships, adding that they will share them up.

She revealed this at the launching of Ghetto Tigers Jersey for the season.

She said, "Well, we will be going into the stadium to cheer them up, and we always wish the teams success in all their endeavors. So this is what I'm saying to them. I wish them well. Best of luck. From all their games.

Adelabu commended the efforts of the Ghetto Tigers for setting the pace at the grassroots level.

"We support everyone, from the grassroots to the national team. So this is a very good, innovative idea, and we hope to see more of this. So this is really commendable from the local government and from an individual put this together so I want to commend them for that," she said.
