According to Football Italia, the Partenopei have invited Careca and Alemao, two players who contributed to their Scudetto triumph in the 1989-90 season, and Lavezzi, one of their best players in the modern era, to be celebrated.
The trio will be presented to a packed Maradona stadium later today ahead of the match against Milan. The club's vice president, Edoardo de Laurentiis, will hand them commemorative branded shirts.
The Brazilian, Careca, scored 96 goals in 221 matches for Napoli. He won the league, the Supercoppa Italiana, and the UEFA Cup in the 1989/90 season. He is 9th on the list of top scorers in the club's history.

His compatriot, Alemao, was a defensive midfielder but still managed 14 goals for the Partenopei. He also won the league, the UEFA Cup and the Supercoppa Italiana.
Lavezzi, the third player to be honoured, is also South American, but of the Argentine persuasion. He registered 108 goal contributions (48 goals, 60 assists) for the club in 188 matches. However, despite marking an exciting era for the club, he only managed to win the Coppa Italia.
Meanwhile, Osimhen, who led the club to their first league title since the 1989/90 season, remains persona non grata. Despite still being a Napoli player officially, he was sent out on loan to Galatasaray after the collapse of his relationship with the club's executives.
