What Oliseh said
Thanks to the 2-1 triumph over Tottenham, the Foxes picked up their first win in the Premier League since December last year, when they thumped West Ham at the King Power.
Today's victory came far from home, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and it happened in dramatic fashion, as the host took the lead before Jamie Vardy and Bilal El Khannouss turned the tide and consequently the result.
Tweeting immediately after the match, the former Nigerian national team coach praised Leicester and congratulated the Super Eagle in the Foxes ranks, Wilfred Ndidi.

“Extremely pleased for Jamie Vardy and Leicester with the victory over Tottenham,” Oliseh said on X. “The joy and sigh of relief I witnessed from the players, fans and the coaching staff filled me with so much pity, I just had to clap! Bravo, "La lotta continua" to Ndidi and Co!”
Ndidi was not available for Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s selection this afternoon, as he is still nursing a hamstring injury that has kept him out of action since last year.
Still, the Dutch tactician speaks wistfully about him. Yesterday, the former Manchester United striker shut down suggestions that Ndidi could be sold this January, as he counts on the 28-year-old for the second half of the campaign.
