Details of the incident
As Pulse Sports reported, Bellingham suffered the ignominy of an early sending off in Real Madrid's 1-1 draw at El Sadar. He was shown red by referee Munuero Montero for dissent.
After the game, Montero revealed Bellingham told him “fuck you,” a claim that has since been disputed by the midfielder, as well as Carlo Ancelotti.
The claim from the Madrid contingent to the media is that the former Borussia Dortmund star said “fuck off,” not “fuck you,” with Ancelotti arguing the significant disparity between both statements.

What Flick said
Real Madrid had a one-goal lead before the red card. Their opponents on the day capitalised on the numerical advantage and, through an Ante Budimir spot kick, earned a point.
The defeat ensured Barcelona could go top of LALIGA this gameweek, should they beat Rayo Vallecano on Monday night. In the pre-match presser as they prepared to host the Madrid-based team at Montjuic, Flick was quizzed about the red card incident.

For the German, whether he said “fuck you” or “fuck off” matters little as either statement is disrespectful. Flick said he enjoins his players to eschew protesting refereeing decisions, as it is a net negative action.
“If you say this to me, I think it’s not very nice and shows a lack of respect. But I’m not the one who decides on this,” Flick told reporters. “I always tell my players, Why waste time arguing with the ref after a decision? Only captain can speak.”
