Arsenal star Declan Rice has revealed the Gunners' intention when they face PSG on Wednesday night in France.

The Gunners face a challenging task, needing to overcome a 1-0 loss in France to achieve their ambition of winning Europe's premier club competition for the first time.

Following a home defeat in the first leg, Arsenal have suffered losses in their subsequent four Champions League knockout matches.

However, Rice has insisted he understands the necessary steps for the Gunners to secure a semi-final win against Paris Saint-Germain.

“It’s a semi-final, 90 minutes away from a final. We can go out there and achieve something great for this club and that’s what we want to do.

“We know we’re 1-0 down but nothing changes. We have full belief, full positivity that we’re going to go out there and win. We’re here to make a statement. There’s no stopping us getting into that final.”

The Gunners' only chance of getting to the UCL final is to get the job done in France and Rice believes the team can do it.
