According to a fresh report, PSG's Qatar president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has been accused of workplace harassment by his former butler.

Paris Saint Germain president Nasser Al Khelaïfi is once again in the centre of another controversy.

The 49-year-old Qatari businessman is facing accusations of workplace harassment by Hicham Karmoussi, former butler of the PSG president.

Karmoussi who had been Khelaifi’s butler for more than a decade has filed a complaint at a Paris police station against the beIN chairman, AFP news agency reports via L’Equipe.

In his lawsuit, the 48-year-old Moroccan says that he has suffered workplace harassment as well as psychological violence and threats against him.

The complainant also states that he performed "undercover work", since he was hired without having the mandatory work permit due to his status as a foreigner. 

"Hicham Karmoussi has worked for years without a contract or residence permit for Mr. Al-Khelaïfi, at an unsustainable pace," Antoine Ory, his lawyer, told the media.

The complainant, who began working for the PSG president in 2000, says that all his colleagues installed in the Qatari's home were without a contract and in very precarious conditions.

 Karmoussi was also a central figure in the investigation of the PSG boss, following the police raid on the headquarters of Bein Sports.

The 47-year-old Moroccan was reportedly in charge of eliminating all kinds of evidence that incriminated his former boss, investigated for an alleged violation of the broadcasting rights of the 2026 and 2030 World Cups.

Karmoussi is alleged to have also hid a pendrive that "contained contracts concluded" with FIFA officials.

Khelaifi who is under investigation on allegations of kidnap and torture in his hometown, will now have to deal with yet another legal case, this time involving a former employee.

According to sources close to Al Khelaïfi, the alleged victim has been by the PSG president as a "criminal", whose objective is to blackmail the president of the Ligue 1 club all for financial gain.

Al Khelaifi’s defense, led by Renaud Semerdjian and Francis Szpiner, has also threatened legal action in the event that his former staff divulges information about their client's private life.
