After losing their first two games to Mexico and Colombia, Super Falcons will attempt to leave North America with one win when they play Costa Rica.
After back-to-back defeats that have seen head coach Randy Waldrum, come under heavy scrutiny, the Super Falcons will on Tuesday, attempt to wrap up their Revelations Cup tournament with a win.
Nigeria who play Costa Rica on Tuesday by 11 pm, suffered defeats to Mexico (1-0), and Colombia (1-0) in their opening games at the four-nation invitational tournament in Leon, Mexico.
The defeats see the nine-time African champions at the base of the competition's ranking, with hosts Mexico in the lead, and Colombia second.
Losing to Colombia in their most recent fixture in Leon, also meant that Waldrum's side had now lost their last seven consecutive matches in all competitions.
Tuesday night will see the Super Falcons take to the Leon Stadium in the final game, before departing the North American nation to continue their preparations ahead of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.

What has been said?
While faith in him - according to reactions on social media - might be reducing ahead of the Women's World Cup, Waldrum revealed after the game against Colombia, that his side can still improve.
"What we have to take from these matches is, everything is for preparation for the World Cup. I thought we were better today [against Colombia] than we were against Mexico in the first game," the American said.
"I was disappointed in our final third, in our attack. We were playing very much around the parameter and were not connecting. I think we would have created more problems if we had gotten more service in the box because we're so good in the air.
"The game was better. We were a little bit better than against Mexico. I think we made improvements from the first game. There's still much work to be done."
The game between Nigeria and Costa Rica will kick off at 11 pm (Nigerian time).
