Uncomfortable, she left the room but claimed Hairston messaged her shortly after on Snapchat to meet again before she declined.

The woman claims Hairston entered her dorm room without permission and told her he was “high as f**k” and “trying to have sex.”
When she refused, Hairston allegedly removed her pyjama shorts and sexually assaulted her.
The plaintiff said she reported the incident to law enforcement immediately.
Officers reportedly collected a condom Hairston allegedly left in her trash can and also seized the clothes she was wearing during the alleged assault.
